Responsibilities
- Define product features and scope by balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Collect and analyze feedback from customers, internal teams, and market trends to guide product strategy
- Develop clear product plans and requirements in partnership with engineering and design teams
- Lead the execution of the team’s product roadmap
- Contribute to and assess new product ideas for future planning
- Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure effective product launches
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success
- Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product areas
- Support broader team goals beyond core responsibilities to advance company objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of five years of product management experience, preferably in B2B software, with a history of delivering high-impact products
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, define product vision, and execute roadmaps in agile environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to explain complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives
- Deep commitment to improving user experiences through technology, with a customer-first mindset
- Collaborative approach with skills in building organizational relationships, influencing without direct authority, and driving team alignment
- Proficiency in product management methodologies and Agile/Scrum development cycles, with a track record of delivering quality software on schedule
- Ability to lead client discussions around discovery, solution design, and alignment
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks for product strategy and roadmapping
- Experience using market research methods and tools to inform decisions
- Demonstrated success in delivering transformational value to customers through product initiatives

Compensation
Reasonable expectation of total compensation in the range of $140-150k Base for Ontario
