Responsibilities
- Discover and rank growth opportunities with the greatest potential impact across the product lifecycle
- Take full ownership of core growth metrics including activation, retention, conversion, and revenue generation
- Plan and execute structured experiments to iteratively enhance the user experience
- Turn strategic product goals into actionable, research-backed requirements
- Prioritize and define project scope based on customer insights and business value
- Establish and track KPIs and maintain dashboards for transparent performance monitoring
- Carry out user research and behavioral data analysis to uncover customer needs
- Collaborate closely with marketing and customer success teams to strengthen acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- Stay informed about trends in AI, no-code platforms, and SaaS to spot new growth avenues
- Improve product performance through continuous data analysis, testing, and rapid iteration
