About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the gaming tooling ecosystem, focusing on game management and translating product vision into functional tooling requirements.
- Partner with operational gaming teams to identify challenges and co-develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to continuously improve existing tooling in line with strategic goals.
- Provide expert guidance to business and gaming leadership on critical considerations within the tooling domain.
- Coordinate with cross-functional product teams to ensure strong technical integration between services and tooling, prioritizing player needs.
