About the Role
You will lead a dedicated product area within the gaming experience, translating strategic vision into roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams to deliver and iterate on features across casino, live casino, and gamification for millions of players in regulated markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle development of a specific gaming product domain, including gamification, personalization, UX, or retention systems.
- Define the long-term mission, vision, and strategic direction for your product area.
- Develop deep customer insights by analyzing behaviors, motivations, and engagement drivers.
- Create and manage product requirement documents with clear scope, phasing, and regional adaptations.
- Work with engineering to refine, prioritize, and prepare backlog items with defined acceptance criteria.
- Partner with design teams to shape user flows, evaluate prototypes, and validate concepts using research and analytics.
- Coordinate product launches across multiple markets and platforms, aligning with QA, release management, and regional teams.
- Collaborate with data and BI teams to establish KPIs, track performance, and inform roadmap decisions.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders across commercial, compliance, operations, and leadership functions.
- Engage in agile ceremonies including standups, sprint reviews, and design critiques.
- Research industry trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities and advocate for the user.

As a Product Manager, you will own one or more product domains, turning strategic goals into actionable plans while working closely with engineering, design, data, commercial, and operations. You will report to the Head of Gaming Experience and partner with UX, researchers, BI analysts, and regional teams.
