Responsibilities
- Develop a deeper understanding of our users, their workflows, and their constraints than anyone else in the company.
- Translate customer conversations, user feedback, product data, regulatory requirements, and company goals into clear product decisions.
- Own and prioritise your roadmap based on outcomes and strategic leverage, and make difficult scope decisions while keeping your team moving at high speed.
- Lead discovery and turn ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, requirements, and measures of success.
- Work closely with engineering and product design from the earliest idea through launch, adoption, and iteration.
- Own integrations with external partners and third-party systems, including the operational details required to make them successful.
- Contribute to Parto's long-term product strategy and help define the category we intend to lead.
Requirements
- At least three years of product management experience, ideally in FinTech, payments, or another complex B2B SaaS environment.
- A strong track record of owning products or major initiatives end-to-end and delivering measurable customer or business impact.
- The ability to turn complex and sometimes conflicting requirements into clear product decisions and priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using qualitative and quantitative evidence to make decisions.
- High agency and relentless ownership. You identify what matters, create a path forward, and stay with the problem until it is solved.
- A hands-on mindset and the ability to move confidently between product strategy and operational detail.
- Experience working closely with engineers and product designers in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment.
- The ability to build trust with customers and manage internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
- Technical fluency to discuss APIs, system integrations, data flows, dependencies, and technical trade-offs with engineers.
- Native German level and professional fluency in English, our company language.
