Parto Group GmbH is hiring a Product Manager (f/m/d) - FinTech for Social Care

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deeper understanding of our users, their workflows, and their constraints than anyone else in the company.
  • Translate customer conversations, user feedback, product data, regulatory requirements, and company goals into clear product decisions.
  • Own and prioritise your roadmap based on outcomes and strategic leverage, and make difficult scope decisions while keeping your team moving at high speed.
  • Lead discovery and turn ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, requirements, and measures of success.
  • Work closely with engineering and product design from the earliest idea through launch, adoption, and iteration.
  • Own integrations with external partners and third-party systems, including the operational details required to make them successful.
  • Contribute to Parto's long-term product strategy and help define the category we intend to lead.

Requirements

  • At least three years of product management experience, ideally in FinTech, payments, or another complex B2B SaaS environment.
  • A strong track record of owning products or major initiatives end-to-end and delivering measurable customer or business impact.
  • The ability to turn complex and sometimes conflicting requirements into clear product decisions and priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using qualitative and quantitative evidence to make decisions.
  • High agency and relentless ownership. You identify what matters, create a path forward, and stay with the problem until it is solved.
  • A hands-on mindset and the ability to move confidently between product strategy and operational detail.
  • Experience working closely with engineers and product designers in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment.
  • The ability to build trust with customers and manage internal and external stakeholders at different levels.
  • Technical fluency to discuss APIs, system integrations, data flows, dependencies, and technical trade-offs with engineers.
  • Native German level and professional fluency in English, our company language.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in payments, banking, expense management, or card products.
  • Familiarity with accounting processes and financial reconciliation.
  • Experience with ERP integrations or mission-critical B2B software.
  • Experience building products in regulated environments.
  • Understanding of social care, healthcare, or other operationally complex service industries.

Benefits

  • Build something that matters: Create a new category of software for a sector that is both economically important and socially essential.
  • Real ownership and impact: Your decisions will directly influence how hundreds of organisations and thousands of professionals work.
  • Accelerated personal growth: Receive direct feedback, meaningful responsibility, and opportunities to grow faster than in a narrowly defined role.
  • Competitive compensation and ownership: Receive a fair salary plus virtual company shares through our VSOP programme.
  • A greenfield environment: Shape the product, operating model, and culture while the most important decisions are still ahead of us.
  • Hamburg headquarters: We build together in person, from the heart of Hamburg. Hybrid is possible, remote is not.
  • Hardware of your choice: Choose the MacBook, setup, and equipment that help you do your best work.
  • 30+ days of annual leave: Time for proper rest and a life outside work.
  • Workations: Work temporarily from another location when it fits the team and your responsibilities.
  • Tax-free benefits: Receive additional funds for mobility, sports, and other personal benefits.
  • European team offsites: Regular opportunities to work, travel, and spend time together as a team.

  • We work with real startup intensity. The pace is high, the problems are unsolved, and the learning curve is steep.
  • Feedback is direct, frequent, and expected in both directions.
  • You create clarity instead of waiting for perfect instructions.
  • You move quickly without compromising on the quality of important decisions.
  • You adapt when new evidence challenges the current plan.
  • The team supports you and trusts you to run your own scope.
  • Apply with your profile and two sentences answering the following question: What was the last product or major initiative you truly owned - and what would you do differently if you built it again today?
  • No cover letter required.
