Responsibilities
- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for a whistleblowing and case management system, collaborating with a peer product manager and an engineering team of 6 to 12 members to define, prioritise, and deliver new functionality
- Partner closely with engineering teams on a daily basis to convert business needs into clearly scoped development tasks, balancing delivery speed with feature completeness in a dynamic environment
- Coordinate across a suite of Ethics & Compliance offerings such as policy management, compliance training, and conflicts of interest tools to ensure alignment with the overall product vision
- Work with product marketing, leadership, and commercial departments to clearly convey product direction, value proposition, and upcoming developments
- Design and develop AI-driven features, contributing creatively to how artificial intelligence can improve compliance processes beyond routine backlog management
- Onboard rapidly by taking over responsibilities from the departing product manager, gaining proficiency in a platform that has undergone significant modernisation in the past year
