Responsibilities
- Identify genuine user needs in trading experience by analyzing feedback from users, behavioral data, community input, and direct conversations with active traders, ensuring product decisions are based on real-world insights.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by benchmarking against top products in both crypto and traditional finance, using external developments to inform and prioritize product improvements.
- Design and continuously improve the complete trading journey, covering pre-trade tools like market data and risk disclosures, trade execution interfaces, and post-trade features such as position tracking and profit/loss reporting.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, risk, quant, design, and compliance by defining clear requirements, managing timelines, and ensuring accountability across all stages of product development.
- Apply strong analytical and quantitative skills to understand complex trading mechanics, including leverage, margin, funding rates, and liquidation processes, to inform product design and decision-making.
