Responsibilities
- Lead the biometrics product domain in collaboration with engineering leadership and machine learning specialists, ensuring alignment on goals and removing obstacles to progress.
- Develop a strategic product roadmap in coordination with technical and data science teams, rooted in realistic capabilities and business objectives, and communicate it clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to define production criteria for AI-based identity verification features, balancing accuracy, usability, and compliance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements in automation, conversion rates, fraud detection, and new product capabilities.
- Use key performance indicators such as automation rates, matching precision, and error rates to guide decisions, and ensure systems are in place to track and analyze them.
- Guarantee that all biometric products adhere to strict quality, data security, and regulatory standards, particularly those governing sensitive personal and biometric information.
