Responsibilities
- Define product direction and user narratives, focusing on feature prioritization to ensure smooth user experiences and validate market fit.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and product peers in rapid development cycles to build, test, and release new functionalities.
- Create video demonstrations and screen recordings of product updates to illustrate use cases and support user adoption.
- Manage key aspects of product communication, including value messaging, live presentations, and sales enablement content.
- Gather input from users, conduct competitive analysis, and interpret usage data to shape development priorities and improve customer retention.
- Develop instructional materials such as onboarding manuals, training modules, and operational playbooks for internal and external use.
- Observe customer engagements, extract actionable insights, and advise executive leadership on strategic focus and performance tracking.
