Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product features through roadmap planning and user story development to ensure intuitive experiences and validate market fit.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other product managers in agile cycles to rapidly prototype, test, and release new functionalities.
- Create video demonstrations and screen recordings of product features to illustrate use cases and encourage user adoption.
- Manage key aspects of product marketing including crafting messaging, preparing demo scripts, and producing materials that clearly convey product benefits.
- Gather customer input, conduct competitive analysis, and evaluate performance data to continuously improve product backlogs and user retention.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding documentation, training assets, and operational playbooks to support product usage and team scaling.
- Observe customer engagements, extract actionable insights, and advise executive leadership on strategic focus areas and performance tracking.
