Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic direction for scaling the AI platform, including tooling, cost controls, compute resources, observability systems, data connectors, and underlying query architecture.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to identify performance challenges and convert insights into actionable platform enhancements.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver measurable improvements in system latency, throughput, reliability, and resource efficiency.
- Develop monitoring and observability features that provide internal teams and customers with clear insights into workload behavior and system performance.
- Make informed, transparent prioritization decisions across a broad range of technical and product domains, clearly articulating tradeoffs.
