Sardine is hiring a Product Manager - AI

Sardine is seeking a Product Manager - AI to lead the definition and launch of our next generation of GenAI features and client-facing agents. You will translate complex technical capabilities into actionable products, own the ML Platform for detecting sophisticated financial crime, and act as the critical link between Data Science, Engineering, and Sales.

What You'll Do

• Define and launch the next generation of GenAI features and client-facing agents.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into actionable products.
• Own the ML Platform used to detect sophisticated financial crime vectors such as synthetic identity, account takeover, and bot attacks.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to launch new AI features.
• Define pricing, sales enablement, and product marketing materials for new AI features.
• Track metrics related to the platform's performance, reliability, and developer experience, including uptime, latency, and throughput.

What We're Looking For

• Must have worked as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer for 3 years.
• Has 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience in building AI applications.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Fraud, Risk, AML, or Compliance domain, especially in FinTech or financial services.
• Expertise in the high-stakes domains of Fraud, Risk, or AML.
