Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to develop and launch scalable AI agents capable of managing thousands of daily customer interactions.
- Interact with stakeholders across all organizational levels to identify and evaluate business requirements.
- Conduct live demonstrations of the virtual agent platform to showcase capabilities and value.
- Work alongside technical teams to resolve complex business process challenges through technology solutions.
- Enhance virtual agent functionality to meet and anticipate client needs and operational workflows.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by guiding clients on long-term technical direction and adoption strategies.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define and prioritize features that directly support client success.
