Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to shape comprehensive digital strategies and guide teams in their implementation.
- Serve as the primary product leader for a globally distributed team across delivery centers in the US, LATAM, India, Canada, and Romania.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to oversee project progress, resource allocation, and initiate corrective steps when necessary.
- Drive execution of short-term roadmaps by organizing release timelines and prioritizing deliverables.
- Establish and communicate the product's vision, mission, objectives, core values, and target customer segments as the subject matter expert.
- Make informed decisions on feature prioritization within the framework of strategic product goals.
- Share updates on project plans, priorities, and progress with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders as appropriate.
- Track and enhance the business and customer value achieved through defined KPIs, ongoing monitoring, and milestone reporting.
- Stay informed about industry developments, especially in accessibility, usability, and emerging technologies, to inform future product innovation.
