- Proven ability to manage products throughout their entire lifecycle, from inception to launch and beyond
- Expertise in portfolio strategy, consumer segmentation, and product positioning
- Proficient in creating effective go-to-market and activation strategies, including pricing and distribution
- Strong analytical skills, with a passion for data and confidence in market research, financial analysis, and planning
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas persuasively and collaborate effectively across various teams and levels
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and take ownership to achieve strong results
- Fluency in English and German
