Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of the Journey Workbench to map claimant experiences from initial ad interaction to case resolution.
- Create and maintain a public-facing Claimant Portal for real-time status access, evidence submission, and updates.
- Construct scalable data pipelines for growth initiatives, including integration with paid advertising platforms and accurate attribution tracking.
- Develop an AI-powered workflow that converts Slack-based change requests into automated code submissions using large language models with full codebase awareness.
- Respond to urgent technical issues and production incidents, balancing immediate solutions with sustainable system design.
- Lead the transition of existing systems to a modern architecture without service interruption.
- Advance operational efficiency through digitization of paper-based processes, automation of government documentation, and implementation of comprehensive monitoring.
