Responsibilities
- Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform capabilities that make Asana more extensible and enterprise-ready, from APIs and integration rails to permissions, roles, and governance.
- Lead teams building the developer platform, integration foundations, and strategic integrations that help customers, partners, and internal teams connect Asana to the rest of their stack.
- Shape how humans, applications, and AI agents securely access information and take action across core work objects and collaboration surfaces.
- Partner closely with teams responsible for admin experiences, enterprise governance, security, and platform foundations to deliver systems that are powerful, understandable, and safe by default.
- Balance long-term platform architecture with near-term product delivery, migrations, customer needs, and execution across a broad surface area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management (10+ years), including one or more of the following areas: platform, APIs, developer products, integrations, enterprise B2B, security, governance, or other systems-heavy domains.
- Comfortable operating in complex enterprise environments with security, compliance, governance, and interoperability requirements.
- Strong cross-functional leader who can align engineering, design, research, data science, GTM, and executive stakeholders around hard tradeoffs.
- Clear, rigorous communicator who can simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.

- This role is based in the Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule.
- Standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
