Responsibilities
- Help organize and maintain a centralized collection of master swatches received from international manufacturing partners
- Collaborate with the Photography department to ensure new swatches are promptly photographed and returned to storage
- Coordinate with global teams to verify that swatch-related data is accurate and finalized before product finishes are released
- Prepare and manage presentation materials when required
- Keep the Introduction Status List updated and work with the Supply Chain group as necessary
- Confirm that all product details and images are delivered by overseas teams before market deadlines
- Monitor product approval outcomes, update internal systems accordingly, and inform relevant departments of changes
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors
- Demonstrate integrity and transparency in all interactions
