Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints to guide product development cycles
- Design micro-interactions that simplify complex analytical workflows
- Promote consistent user experiences by building reusable and adaptable UI elements
- Contribute to interaction and visual design across concept development, workflow definition, and final execution
- Conduct flexible user research using informal methods to inform design decisions
- Build prototypes to test and communicate design concepts effectively
- Collaborate closely with product and field engineers as equal partners in product development
- Maintain awareness of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, though expertise is not required
