Whatnot is looking for a Product Designer to lead the design of end-to-end workflows across high-impact surfaces. You will shape the future of our product by creating clear, efficient, and user-centric experiences while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

What You'll Do

Design intuitive, end-to-end product experiences across both user-facing and internal tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex problems and workflows into intuitive product experiences.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and final visuals that bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
Contribute to the broader design system while advocating for accessibility and inclusive user experiences.
Use data, research, and feedback to iterate on existing features and identify areas for improvement.
Help foster a strong design culture by sharing knowledge, mentoring peers, and improving team processes.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in product design.
Experience designing digital products, ideally including work on ecommerce or marketplace products.
Strong interaction and systems thinking—ability to untangle complex flows and design for edge cases.
Strong Portfolio that demonstrates your experience.
Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma, Protopie, Framer, etc.).
Deep understanding of user experience design principles and methodologies, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
