Woolf is looking for a Product Designer to own the user experience across our digital products. You'll be responsible for the full design process, from discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, accessible experiences for learners and educators worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Design and iterate on user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct and synthesize user research, interviews, usability testing, and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate complex product requirements and user needs into elegant, accessible, and intuitive UI.
- Advocate for UX best practices, accessibility standards, and inclusive design across the organization.
- Work closely with developers and product managers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
- Define and track UX success metrics to measure and improve product usability and experience.
- Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continually elevate design quality.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UX/UI design or product design.
- Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
- Strong skills in visual design: typography, color theory, layout, interaction design.
- Understanding of UX strategy, information architecture, and interaction patterns.
- Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- A portfolio that demonstrates deep UX thinking and polished UI design.
- Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile product development teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
