About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for digital platforms
- Conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the development cycle
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
- Maintain consistency with design systems and brand guidelines
- Present design concepts to stakeholders for review and input
- Translate product requirements into functional design solutions
- Support usability testing and analyze results
- Document design decisions and rationale
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Ensure accessibility standards are met in all design outputs
- Work iteratively in agile development environments
- Balance user needs with technical and business constraints
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system
- Participate in design critiques and peer reviews
- Gather and synthesize user feedback for continuous improvement
- Develop user flows and journey maps
- Collaborate on information architecture for intuitive navigation
- Assist in defining product features from a design perspective
- Use design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Communicate design intent clearly to technical teams
- Support front-end implementation with design assets and guidance
- Ensure designs are scalable across devices and screen sizes
- Advocate for the end user throughout the product lifecycle
