Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development with limited oversight as part of a product team.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and field specialists to improve product quality.
- Lead a time-boxed design sprint to advance a product team's goals.
- Create intuitive micro-interactions that simplify intricate analytical workflows.
- Promote consistent user experiences by developing adaptable and reusable interface elements.
- Shape initial product ideas, define high-level processes and detailed interactions, and deliver polished visual designs.
- Conduct informal user testing and adapt research approaches as needed to produce meaningful insights.
- Travel to client locations to conduct interviews and gather feedback from end users.
- Combine qualitative research methods—such as usability testing and contextual observation—with quantitative product data.
- Treat engineering and product partners as equals, working closely to prototype and implement solutions.
