Responsibilities
- Lead the complete design process for specific features, with mentorship from experienced designers
- Turn product specifications into clean, user-friendly interfaces optimized for mobile devices
- Help refine and expand the company's design system over time
- Use research findings and competitor analysis to enhance product usability and user engagement
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior design staff throughout the development lifecycle
- Create quick prototypes and conduct tests to validate concepts before full implementation
- Engage in design critiques and apply feedback efficiently
- Explain design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams
- Refine designs using performance data, experiment outcomes, and input from stakeholders
- Enable rapid A/B testing through fast, iterative design updates
- Explore and integrate AI tools into design processes to boost efficiency and creativity
- Keep current with advancements in design, AI-driven UX, and new interaction paradigms
