Requirements
- Proven experience in creating, expanding, and managing design systems from inception, not just utilizing them.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in designing digital products for consumers, preferably for social or creator-driven platforms.
- Solid understanding of design system principles: tokens, components, documentation, and synchronizing libraries with production.
- Advanced expertise in Figma, including component architecture, variables, auto layout, and maintaining a living library in sync with production.
- Collaboration experience with engineers to ensure design system components are accurately translated into code.
- Interest in gaming culture, including playing games or understanding the unique aspects of game communities, from language to social dynamics.
- Experience in designing for both desktop and mobile, with knowledge of platform-specific UX patterns and accessibility best practices.
- In-person role based in NYC, working 5 days a week in the office with the product team.

- Experience in designing for communities, content creation, or real-time interaction products (e.g., Discord, Twitch, TikTok).
