Responsibilities
- Transform product requirements and user needs into early-stage sketches, storyboards, or flow diagrams to explore concepts and validate assumptions.
- Develop wireframes and interactive prototypes to define user pathways and clarify functional behavior.
- Evolve initial concepts into comprehensive UX designs that align usability, visual quality, and technical constraints.
- Generate well-structured design documentation to support smooth handoff to engineering teams.
- Design modular, accessible, and precise UI elements using AI tools or Figma, ensuring compatibility across web and mobile platforms.
- Deliver detailed design specifications covering accessibility, interactions, and visual standards to guide component development.
- Collaborate with developers to verify design feasibility, accuracy, and consistency across products.
- Maintain and iterate the Design System in response to evolving product needs and technical boundaries.
- Assist product and technology teams in effectively applying the Design System across projects.
- Partner with senior designers and product owners to define design scope, goals, and priorities.
- Work alongside Product Managers to ensure new features integrate cohesively within the overall product ecosystem.
- Coordinate with Front-end Engineering to guarantee implemented designs match original intent.
- Take part in team processes including sprint planning, design critiques, and retrospective meetings.
- Ensure consistent visual and interactive quality across all product interfaces.
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of shared design components and systems for unified user experiences.
- Perform basic quality assurance checks on developed features to confirm design fidelity.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to resolve design and implementation questions.
- Help develop and maintain internal design guidelines and reference materials.
