SECJUR is looking for a Product Designer to define the user experience of our Digital Compliance Office (DCO) platform. You will own the end-to-end design process, acting as a strategic partner to elevate the DCO into an intuitive and delightful product. This role leads the 'DCO 3.0' initiative to refresh and streamline the experience.
What You'll Do
- Define the entire user experience for the Digital Compliance Office (DCO) platform.
- Elevate the DCO into a world-class product that is intuitive and delightful to use.
- Own the end-to-end design process, synthesizing requirements from multiple sources.
- Validate design solutions with user data to ensure they are effective.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure technical feasibility and buildable solutions.
- Lead the 'DCO 3.0' initiative to refresh and streamline the user experience.
- Establish the company's design system.
- Champion a user-centered culture.
- Introduce modern, AI-aided tools and processes.
- Establish a mature, scalable design process for the entire product team.
What We're Looking For
- A senior Product Designer with proven experience designing complex, data-rich B2B SaaS applications.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise across the full design stack: from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design.
- Expert with modern design tools like Figma and Miro.
- Experience creating and maintaining a scalable Design System from the ground up.
- Possess a deep sense of 'technical empathy,' understanding frontend development fundamentals.
- A strategic thinker who can translate user needs and business goals into simple, elegant designs.
- A strong communicator, fluent in English, who excels at presenting and justifying design decisions.
- Comfortable using analytics and user feedback to measure design effectiveness.
- Humble enough to welcome feedback and share credit.
- Hungry enough to proactively seek new challenges and drive results.
- Smart enough to exercise good judgment and contribute positively to team dynamics.
- Must be eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizen or valid Portuguese work permit).
