LITIT is seeking a Senior Product Designer to own product strategy and design for our B2B SaaS platform. You will be a major influence on the Product Team, helping strategize and design multiple core assets in an early-stage, rapidly evolving environment.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end product strategy and design for one or more product areas such as Ideation/Canvas, Tasks, or Onboarding.
Define and challenge product direction, bringing strong product thinking to the team.
Produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs in Figma and create prototypes.
Implement designs directly in code when needed to build prototypes and refine details.
Help build our design system and visual identity in close collaboration with the broader team.
Explore and shape the future of product development with AI by contributing ideas and critique.

What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in product design or a similar role.
Impeccable visual and interaction design skills with deep taste and intuition for exceptional product feel.
Strong visual evidence of your work such as a portfolio or website.
Ability to proactively define user problems, challenge assumptions, and propose strategic design directions.
Motivation to do your best work, move quickly, and create impact in an early-stage environment.
Excitement about AI-enhanced workflows and an understanding of the problems we're solving.
Openness to spending some time contributing directly to code to implement prototypes and refine design details.
