Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, end-to-end product experiences that translate complex AI capabilities into clear, usable workflows.
- Partner closely with product and engineering to shape features from early concept through launch.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to explore ideas and guide implementation.
- Gather and synthesize user feedback to iterate quickly and improve core experiences.
- Help evolve Thorin’s design system and uphold a high bar for design quality.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent), ideally in SaaS or enterprise products.
- Experience designing AI-powered products.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflows, productivity tools, or developer-facing products.
- Strong product thinking — you can connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Excellent visual, interaction, and UX design skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end ownership.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product in fast-moving teams.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping problems from scratch in a 0→1 environment.
