- Eager to take ownership of your projects while working under the guidance of a senior designer and product leads.
- Very strong visual design skills.
- Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and working toward clean, user-focused solutions—either independently or in collaboration with teammates.
- Think holistically about user flows, edge cases, and how UI elements connect to backend systems.
- Enjoy collaborating cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to define and ship features that solve real user problems.
- Comfortable iterating on designs based on user feedback and are always looking to improve the product’s usability and impact.
- Eager to participate in user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to inform your design decisions.
- Detail-oriented and take pride in creating designs that balance functionality with visual clarity.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for B2B and SaaS technology products.
- Experience with “vibecoding” prototypes using tools like Cursor or Lovable or Figma Make.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and its day-to-day workflows.
- Experience working in start-ups or on lean product teams.
