About the Role
Design engaging, user-focused digital products by working closely with engineering and product teams to solve complex challenges through research, prototyping, and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Develop user interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing
- Maintain consistency across product experiences
- Translate product requirements into visual concepts
- Participate in design critiques and team discussions
- Define interaction patterns and design systems
- Support the full product development lifecycle
- Advocate for user needs during planning sessions
- Work within agile development processes
- Present design solutions to stakeholders
- Refine visual language to match brand standards
- Balance business goals with user experience
