Responsibilities
- Serve as a key data expert, defining standards for gathering, analyzing, and presenting data.
- Analyze extensive and complex datasets to uncover patterns in player behavior and pinpoint ways to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Convert data findings into actionable suggestions that guide game design choices and product development priorities.
- Work closely with game designers, product leads, and engineers to integrate data-informed decisions across all stages of game development.
- Develop and manage automated reporting tools and dashboards to ensure teams have timely access to essential performance metrics.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to assess and refine game features, leading to measurable gains in key performance indicators.
