Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary data authority, defining standards for data gathering, analysis, and reporting.
- Analyze extensive and complex datasets to uncover patterns in player behavior and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
- Convert analytical findings into clear, actionable guidance for game design and product development planning.
- Work closely with game designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate data-informed decision-making across all stages of game development.
- Create, implement, and manage automated dashboards and reports to ensure team-wide access to essential performance metrics.
- Use A/B testing methodologies to assess and refine game features, leading to measurable gains in key performance indicators.
