Responsibilities
- Review and approve product specifications for websites and mobile aps.
- Assess compliance risks related to product features, user journeys, monetisation models, and platform requirements.
- Participate in product compliance audits and incident response.
- Review marketing materials and campaigns for compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.
- Advise Marketing teams on advertising, consumer protection, and promotional claims.
- Participate in marketing compliance audits and implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in relevant jurisdictions and assess their impact on products and business processes.
- Communicate regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes.
- Monitor sanctions-related regulatory developments.
- Support application of internal sanctions controls.
- Participate in development and delivery of compliance trainings and onboarding materials.
- Create and maintain internal compliance guidance, playbooks, and knowledge base.
- Review AI-enabled products, features, and third-party AI integrations for compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Support AI risk assessments and implementation of AI governance controls.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law
- Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the EU and in the USA
- Knowledge of marketing and advertising compliance laws in the EU and in the US
- Knowledge of the EU and the US digital legislature, AI governance
- Knowledge of Apple Store and Google Play guidelines
- Strong English language communication skills, both written and oral (B2+)
