Responsibilities
- Develop product features by converting evidence into ideas, managing the full cycle from insight to concept, options, sprint-ready stories, and evaluating outcomes through data.
- Handle requirements engineering by translating customer insights and support feedback into clear, buildable user stories with business context, acceptance criteria, and edge cases, ensuring the qualification funnel is maintained and no tickets enter a sprint under-specified.
- Manage sprint operations including backlog hygiene, standups, reviews, dependency flags, and blocker tracking with the development team to ensure decisions are made once and remain final.
- Own UAT, QA, and testing by managing regression and release testing, properly reproducing defects, keeping the bug board accurate, and supporting UAT and end-to-end dry runs.
- Own analytics and performance measurement by managing recurring KPI reporting across the tool stack, closing measurement gaps, and converting funnel and cohort data into actionable insights, ensuring every shipped feature is measured for effectiveness and impact.
