Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and innovative product interfaces centered on user needs.
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate implementation of design.
- Carry out user research and usability testing to inform and improve design decisions.
- Manage and enhance the design system to maintain visual and functional consistency.
- Define and evolve the brand’s visual language and official design guidelines.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive brand platform and digital asset repository.
- Produce marketing collateral that clearly conveys brand messaging and core values.
- Partner with marketing to create visually compelling campaigns and promotional content.
- Enforce consistent brand expression across all customer-facing channels.
- Align with marketing and product teams on shared objectives and strategic direction.
- Join creative sessions to contribute ideas and solve design challenges collaboratively.
- Present design proposals and underlying reasoning to stakeholders for input and sign-off.
- Keep current with evolving design trends and emerging industry standards.
- Evaluate competitor design approaches to assess market positioning and uncover gaps.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve user experience and brand interaction.
