Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and strategic investment.
- Track cost savings after implementation and evaluate optimization results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pursue cost optimization initiatives.
- Review contracts and gain insight into key cost optimization factors.
- Lead projects and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Partner with CEO, CFO, COOs, and department heads to understand business needs and develop execution plans.
- Assess departmental performance objectively to resolve issues and improve business outcomes.
- Lead and develop regional and global business transformation projects.
- Run the Purchasing Committee with management to set objectives and evaluate ROI on company spending.
- Build and maintain a cost and supplier database for benchmarking in decision-making.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement to promote a low-cost mindset across the organization.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Educate department staff on procurement processes and ensure compliance.
