Responsibilities
- Create and implement complete automation systems using UiPath and similar robotic process automation tools.
- Develop and deploy independent AI agents with frameworks such as Google ADK and Claude to support multi-phase decision-making and intricate processes.
- Incorporate advanced artificial intelligence features into automated workflows, including text analysis, document interpretation, and generative AI models.
- Assess business requirements to determine optimal technical solutions, choosing between standard RPA, AI-driven agents, or combined methods.
- Lead technical exploration and planning discussions with diverse teams to evaluate project viability and estimate development resources needed.
- Define and promote coding standards across the automation team, perform code reviews, optimize performance, and execute testing to ensure accurate and scalable data handling.
- Oversee active automation processes, continuously improving them while tracking progress in large language models and agent-based technologies to adopt emerging tools.
