Responsibilities
- Lead and support the identification and optimal definition of process workflows and user interface use cases, including requirements gathering; familiarity with Pega Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) is beneficial
- Ensure deliverables align with functional specifications derived from approved business requirements, and facilitate communication with application architects while supporting unit and user acceptance testing
- Assist in overseeing the compilation, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of documentation across all project phases, including inception, elaboration, construction, transition, use cases, property matrices, business rules, and testing artifacts
- Apply expertise in Pega and Appian platforms, including in-depth understanding of their core features, advantages, and constraints
- Demonstrate knowledge of standard industry methodologies such as SDLC, RUP, Agile, and SCRUM
- Design process workflows using BPMN notation in tools such as MS Visio or directly within Pega or Appian environments
- Train and guide business stakeholders on essential BPM functionalities including worklists, workbaskets, Get Next Work, access groups, work groups, and portals
- Translate business processes into corresponding BPM-based solutions
- Review and support the development of specifications for user interfaces, system integrations, and prototypes, including building and presenting working models
- Facilitate workshops, requirements reviews, stakeholder alignment meetings, and presentations to large audiences
- Prior experience in BPM pre-sales activities is a strong advantage
