Requirements
- Experience in marketplace operations, partner or supplier management, supply chain, or a related field.
- Owned a portfolio, program, business area, partner network, or operational function with a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong experience managing external partners, suppliers, merchants, or fulfilment providers.
- Scaled a partner or supplier network, ideally across multiple markets or operational environments.
- Confident driving initiatives independently and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgement and can connect operational decisions to customer, partner, and business impact.
- Clear communicator who can build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and turning complexity into clear action.
