Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a team of thermal and thermo-mechanical engineers, defining technical strategy, guiding professional development, and ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Partner with customer engineering teams during evaluations by assisting with simulation configuration, executing test scenarios, and analyzing outcomes to showcase platform effectiveness.
- Work alongside sales to present product capabilities, lead proof-of-concept initiatives, and engage in detailed technical conversations with potential clients.
- Assist customers during onboarding and implementation by offering expert advice, conducting training, and resolving technical issues through deployment and production stages.
- Detect customer workflow challenges and operational bottlenecks, then coordinate with product and engineering groups to enhance features and usability.
- Conduct technical workshops and training programs to help customer teams integrate and expand use of the platform in their engineering processes.
- Represent the company at semiconductor industry events and conferences by delivering live demos, overseeing booth operations, and engaging in technical discussions with prospects and collaborators.
- Stay current with competitive solutions, market dynamics, and technological advancements to clearly articulate the platform's unique advantages.
