- Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking for key technical positions
- Monitor industry developments, salary trends, and talent mobility, sharing findings with executives to guide strategy
- Own end-to-end execution of strategic engineering recruitment processes from initial sourcing to offer acceptance
- Design and lead creative recruitment initiatives with targeted outreach to secure outstanding technical candidates
- Adapt quickly to support urgent hiring needs across the organization, including leadership and cross-functional tech roles
- Develop trusted partnerships with senior technology executives, including vice presidents and C-level staff
- Work closely with technical and HR teams to assess business requirements and create customized hiring strategies
- Act as a strategic advisor by delivering data-backed insights and market knowledge to shape hiring and succession planning
- Coordinate with tech leadership and compensation experts to structure competitive job offers
- Manage complex offer negotiations while effectively communicating the company’s mission and vision
- Integrate deeply within the technology team by attending on-site sessions, joining technical conversations, and forming genuine connections
