  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic direction and translate it into actionable goals.
  • Guide and mentor other Technical Product Owners to enhance product management practices across the platform.
  • Facilitate the feedback loop across teams: discover, define, build, release, measure, and iterate repeatedly.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently, sharing concepts early, taking feedback openly, and explaining decisions to build trust and consensus.
  • Work closely with Engineering leaders in daily collaboration, making decisive and pragmatic decisions.
  • Partner with Engineering leads on sequencing, technical tradeoffs, and delivery planning to ensure product intent is maintained.
  • Ensure components are cohesive across UX, APIs, data, and operational behavior, supporting reliability and scalability.
  • Define success metrics for the platform portfolio, including partner adoption, onboarding speed, and billing accuracy.
  • Ensure releases are measurable and that insights flow back into portfolio prioritization.
  • Account for the operational realities of the cloud partner ecosystem, including billing accuracy and financial reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive high-level strategy and execute hands-on work alongside engineering, mentoring other product owners.
  • Strong experience with cloud billing systems, cost and usage data, or revenue operations within cloud environments.
