Responsibilities
- Serve as a leading AI architecture expert in high-priority enterprise engagements, guiding clients on AI agent use case planning and showcasing platform capabilities through technical demonstrations.
- Lead technical workshops with enterprise teams to shape AI automation strategies, covering agent design, integration approaches, and governance models.
- Provide guidance on practical AI implementation, including prompt engineering, agent coordination, evaluation methods, confidence calibration, human oversight mechanisms, and ongoing learning systems.
- Create shareable technical resources such as reference architectures, solution templates, demo environments, and best practice guides to empower customer-facing teams.
- Produce and present technical content including white papers, webinars, blog articles, and conference sessions to position the company as a leader in agentic automation.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate field feedback into product development, ensuring AI features evolve based on real-world usage.
- Support key enterprise accounts across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions during critical implementation phases.
- Be available for international travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.
- Design and develop core components of the autonomous customer service agent platform, including memory systems, orchestration logic, and decision traceability structures.
- Build a semantic Customer Knowledge Graph that represents customers, users, policies, decisions, and operational data as interconnected entities to support contextual queries and governance checks.
- Implement a confidence-driven autonomy system featuring precedent matching, multi-factor scoring, and policy-based escalation workflows.
- Design infrastructure architecture to meet performance and latency requirements at scale.
- Make technology choices that support long-term scalability and system efficiency.
- Develop evaluation frameworks with metrics for decision accuracy, context fidelity, and learning speed, including monthly tracking of autonomous capability growth.
