Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all teams, managing every stage from requisition to offer close
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders and senior management on talent decisions
- Define role levels, create evaluation scorecards, and shape interview plans while setting clear hiring standards and adjusting strategies when necessary
- Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines proactively
- Conduct direct sourcing to ensure diverse and high-quality applicant pools, rather than relying solely on inbound applications
- Supervise contract recruiters and internal coordination staff by delegating tasks effectively, providing clear direction, and ensuring process efficiency
- Integrate AI-powered tools into daily workflows to accelerate and enhance recruitment, including customizing job posts, analyzing candidate data, personalizing outreach, and generating structured interview questions
- Collaborate with the Director of Total Rewards to ensure competitive and equitable compensation offers, and lead negotiations to successful closure
- Manage external recruitment agencies when required, defining scope, providing briefings, and holding them accountable for performance
- Maintain ownership of recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline quality, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates to guide prioritization
- Continuously refine the hiring process, including applicant tracking system management, interviewer training programs, and team agreements governing recruitment workflows
