Responsibilities
- Apply comprehensive systems engineering knowledge to support defense acquisition processes.
- Support engineering activities spanning system design, operation, and sustainment across the full lifecycle, from requirements to disposal.
- Collaborate with a Mission Integration Team focused on system of systems architecture development.
- Analyze existing Department of Defense architecture models and plan transitions to future architectures enabling seamless connectivity.
- Enable interoperability between Program Executive Offices and weapon systems.
- Document current and future operational states based on mission-driven engagement scenarios.
- Work with joint and multinational partners to develop architectures supporting cross-service and coalition sensor-to-shooter linking.
- Evaluate and advance cost-effective, innovative solutions for Air Force needs using multi-domain analysis, modeling, and simulation tools.
