Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of structural design across major projects or multiple interconnected workstreams
- Manage and develop teams of structural engineers, ensuring adequate support, skill development, and resource allocation
- Ensure high-quality outputs including calculations, drawings, reports, specifications, and digital models
- Serve as the technical expert by reviewing designs, guiding teams, and upholding engineering excellence
- Develop project schedules, manage financial budgets, and enforce strict change control processes
- Contribute to bid submissions, fee estimates, and technical scope definitions
- Report project performance and strategic findings to senior management
- Advance innovation, sustainable practices, and constructible design solutions
- Champion safety culture and support delivery excellence standards
- Coach and mentor engineering staff to enhance team capability and confidence
