Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution of projects or assigned work packages, ensuring delivery meets high standards of quality.
- Manage full-cycle technical delivery, from understanding client requirements to coordinating design efforts across multiple disciplines.
- Supervise and assist engineers and technicians, aligning their outputs with project timelines and performance goals.
- Develop and sustain effective relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the organization.
- Ensure all designs and project deliverables adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as internal quality assurance protocols.
- Guide and support junior team members through mentorship, helping advance their professional skills and career development.
