Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling technical presentations that showcase enterprise solutions, intuitive configuration, streamlined architecture, and intelligent workflows, enabling customer engagement and highlighting strong communication abilities.
- Convey the business and technical benefits of solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer needs and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Conduct assessments to identify customer requirements and deliver expert consultation, technical recommendations, and support alongside a team of specialists.
- Partner with sales and global bid teams to respond to customer inquiries arising from formal procurement processes such as RFx.
- Support bid team members and work closely with product management to develop accurate and comprehensive responses to RFx requests.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to proactively manage and prioritize key regional opportunities, driving them toward successful resolution.
- Share field insights and competitive intelligence with product strategy, solutions, and marketing teams to inform future development and positioning.
- Train and mentor Solutions Engineers in demonstration techniques, RFP preparation, technical briefings, and proof-of-concept planning and execution.
