About the Role
Lead the architecture and development of scalable data and BI platforms, ensuring high performance, reliability, and integration across systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines for large-scale analytics
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements
- Own the technical direction of BI and data platform components
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in software development
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve data processing
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across platforms
- Drive system improvements for scalability and performance
- Support the deployment and monitoring of production data systems
- Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Maintain documentation for data models and system architecture
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex data platform issues
- Participate in code and design reviews
- Optimize query performance and data storage strategies
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
- Lead initiatives to modernize legacy data infrastructure
- Collaborate on data modeling and schema design
- Integrate third-party data sources and APIs
- Support data quality assurance and testing processes
- Contribute to roadmap planning for data platform evolution
- Foster collaboration between engineering, data science, and operations teams

- Master’s degree in computer science or related discipline
